Blue Rally

Blue Jackets from Italy - Riotorto 23/24 September 2000 

Also this year the Blue Jackets from Italy have organized their party and they have made a good job, as usual . But let's go in order. Before arriving to Riotorto  pine-wood,  the most beautiful places inTuscany with  a flashly colorful country  are crossed , and of the scents are so intense that to hold the helmet over your head becomes a real torture. I arrive from Calabria (kilometers covered were approximately 800) on Friday afternoon   and I already find many bikers, although the gathering, organized by all the groups of the Blue Jackets, begins on Saturday. Baby and all the others have prepared the pine-wood in an absolutely impeccable way and after parking the motor-bikes a party atmosphere is breathed. I meet friends whom I had not seen for a long time and between one beer and another (eh eh eh) we begin speaking about motors, travels and women. The evening quickly goes by while a lot of joyful and merry people keep arriving, till when (late but too much late) Morfeo calls us to a just rest. On Saturday, early in the afternoon, the arrival of groups and dogs from all Italy begins: Generoso from Avellino, Matteo from Piacenza, Antonio from France, the Black Cat, the Group Custom Cremona, the Camalli, the Malaria, the (most likeable) Road Runner' s and many others, all with the desire to enjoy themselvels and meeting again. In the evening, the music of Marty Hall and its band drag all in dances and songs, until reaching the most important moment of the evening, that is..... Perhaps you aren't interested in hearing of the very beautiful girl, Tide, who delighted the eyes (and not only) of all the bikers thronged in front of the theater box and of the bad boys collapsed in the theater box and of all the other beautiful things that she made us  see  (eh eh eh)...... I may tell you the story the next time we meet on the road. Then, still music, beer and fun with the friends until late at night The following morning  we leave happy to have seen enough, conscious of the kilometers waiting for us, and sure that all the Blue Jackets (By the way,  all the independent groups and M.C. from Tuscany founded the B.U.T., of which we will hear very soon) will keep organizing other equally beautiful parties.
